Breakfast is served between 07h00 and 10h00 daily and the last dinner request should be made by 20h00


Should you require assistance with your laundry please advise the housekeeping team leader and housekeeping will make the necessary arrangements.


Check in is strictly 14h00 and check out is at 10h00



Our main priority is your safety and in light of this we request that you please make use of the safe provided to you in your Bungalow for all valuables including passports.


Water-The Lodge is serviced with borehole water and consequently we encourage responsible water usage. Bed linen, for extended guests, is changed every 3 days and towels when necessary. If you do not wish your tow- els to be changed kindly re-hang them on the rail provided.

Electricity- The Generator back up is used during power outages , please be patient whilst we change from municipality supplied power to generator power. Due to high consumption carbon fuels involved in the electrical supply we request that you shut off your air conditioners when leaving the room and use power sensitively.


Mosquitoes are generally present all year round but particularly during the rainy season (October- March). Your room will be sprayed daily and we highly recommend the use of personal insect repellant.


Our staff are happy to be of service. If you feel that the level of service received warrants it, please place your gratuity in the secure box provided at reception. Gratuities are shared between all staff on a monthly basis and distribution is overseen by three principles staff members.
